Commence preparation of an AFSL Application Form FS01

Before you start, you must read and agree to the terms and conditions set out in the ASIC Electronic Lodgement Protocol - the legal agreement that governs the lodgement of documents electronically with us.

If you have not used this service before, read "How the AFS licence application works onscreen" first.

You must click Submit to send your application to us after you are happy with it. You then need to send to us the signed print-out of the application and copies of the core proofs by email or post to the addresses detailed in the application.

Your lodged application will not be assessed until we have received the prescribed fee and core proofs.
