Step 2 - Make sure all outstanding fees have been
We will not grant a fee waiver if there are outstanding annual review
fees. All fees, including annual review fees, must be paid in full
before we will consider waiving a late fee. If we do agree to waive
the late fee, we will refund the fee to you.
Payments we receive are matched to outstanding items such as an
annual review fee. If you are paying for a number of items together,
it may be allocated to older outstanding debt other than the annual

. If a company fails to pay its annual review fee, we may charge
additional late fees and ultimately deregister the company.

We assess each application individually. We consider all of the
facts and circumstances of individual cases when assessing an
application. It is very important to include all relevant facts and
supporting evidence when you make an application.

We'll respond to you in writing to your company's contact address
and let you know if your waiver request has been approved or rejected.
It can take up to 28 days to process your fee waiver request.
